Founded in 2021, the JORDAN SANTIAGO iCARE FOUNDATION was established to honor the memory and celebrate the life of Andrew Jordan Santiago, who tragically passed on to glory on October 5, 2020, at the age of 25 as a result of a hit-and-run while walking in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA.
